Returns & Refunds Policy
1. Damaged or Faulty Items
Under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have a right to a refund, replacement, or repair if goods are faulty or not as described.
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please contact us at support@strangledco.co.uk within 30 days of receiving the item.
Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you. You do not usually need to return the faulty item.
2. Change of Mind & Size Exchanges
Because our products are made to order specifically for you, we do not keep stock on hand.
Buyer’s Remorse: We do not offer refunds or returns if you change your mind or choose the wrong size/colour.
Size Guides: Please refer to the size charts on each product page before ordering to ensure a perfect fit.
By placing an order, you acknowledge that your item is being custom-manufactured for you.
3. Incorrect Address & Unclaimed Shipments
If you provide an address that the courier deems insufficient, the shipment will be returned to our fulfillment partner. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
Shipments that go unclaimed (e.g., not collected from a local Royal Mail depot) are returned to the facility and may be donated to charity after 30 days. No refunds are issued for unclaimed shipments.
4. Lost in Transit
All claims for items lost in transit must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. We will investigate with the carrier and, if deemed lost, will send a replacement at no cost to you.
